CBT and teen fibromyalgia

A new study published in the journal  Arthritis & Rheumatism and reported in PsychCentral found that CBT was effective in lessening both physical and psychological symptoms of juvenile fibromyalgia syndrome, which affects 2 percent to 7 percent of school age children, primarily girls.
