New stats on adolescent substance use

A recent study by the  National Institute of Drug Abuse, reported PsychCentral  suggests that cigarette and alcohol use may be down in adolescents, however other tobacco substances, such as marijuana, and prescription drug use appear to be on the rise.  This is consistent with our observations in NB – how does it fit with what’s happening in other provinces?
