Bullies more likely to use substances

It may be a chicken or egg question, but data from a new study of middle and high school students by a school psychology prof at Ohio State University, published in the journal Addictive Behavior and reported in HealthDay, suggest that bullies are much more likely to use alcohol and cigarettes and marijuana than either their victims or bully victims.  The question is asked, how does one “deviant behaviour” relate to another.
