A different strategy for counteracting bullying

An American psychiatrist is recommending confusion as the best way to counteract bullying for middle and high school kids.  Reported in Fox News , the suggestion is that instead of reacting with the expected fear response to the intimidation, a diversionary response will confuse the bully enough to throw him off his guard.  It makes sense!
