It’s not our imagination – kids today really are different!

A new study published in The Lancet and reported in medpage TODAY discusses the fact that teens today are biologically different than earlier generations, and that “puberty” lasts from approximately 10 – 24 years old!  Implications for expectations, health, and behaviour are mentioned.  If this is, indeed, true, we need to make some major societal changes to accommodate this extended period of adolescence!
