Canadian Teachers’ Federation voices need for support for children’s mental health in schools

Thanks to Don S. from Ontario for pointing out this recent press release from the Canadian Teachers’ Federation.  Discussing results of a national on-line survey of teachers’ needs, the primary concern among teachers was children’s mental health and their feelings that they needed more support in addressing these students’ needs.  What a great argument for, and endorsement of the importance of the role of school psychologists can, and should,  play in schools!
