The importance of sleep

Thanks to Suzanne M. from NB for pointing out this article in the Globe and Mail which explores a variety of research, much of it Canadian, looking at the parameters around healthy sleep patterns, in particular for school aged kids.  There are some good messages in the article for the need for good sleep for adults too, so we should all have a look and take note!  It is suggested that many of us live in a permanent state of  “social jet lag”!
