Peer pressure begins in elementary school

A new study from the University of Maryland, published in the online journal Child Development, looks at the development of moral awareness and group dynamics in young children.  Concepts of fairness vs. social conformity are explored.  What we thought was a teen-aged phenomenon appears to begin much earlier.
