Effects of childhood bullying still evident 40 years later!

A new study from King’s College London, reported in PsychCentral, has looked at the lives of those whose parents identified them as having been bullied at 7 and 11 years of age now that they are in their 40’s.  The psycho-social impact appears to have lasted, causing a poorer quality of life.  The authors call for a much closer look at intolerance of bullying – it isn’t just a “normal” part of childhood!
