Skip the meds for ADHD – try mindfulness instead!

Researchers are finding evidence that the impact of meds for ADHD are minimal and don’t sustain over time.  In an article in the New York Times, Daniel Goleman reviews the research on both medications and mindfulness and leans towards mindfulness training as the better option, both for kids and for adults!  With more mindfulness programs being introduced into schools, this is really helpful information.
