A new way of predicting autism developed by Sick Kids researchers

Researchers at Sick Kids in Toronto have identified a new way to predict autism in very young children, based on genetic information, according to an article in this morning’s Globe and Mail.  The promising results are being hailed by researchers from other regions, and would confirm that autism begins in very early brain development.
