How some schools struggle to get the best psychological services for students

An article in District Administration describes the challenges being faced by schools as the number of school psychologists dwindle.  In the US, this is a particular problem, since legislation requires psychologists to spend a great deal of time in student evaluations, and administrators realize this is only a small part of what psychologists have to offer to their students.  Some have found solutions, which are interesting, and possibly suggestions for what might be done in Canada, where school psychologists’ numbers are far from ideal as well.
