A recent article in the New York Times describes the success rates of several tests for concussion in athletes, from 5 years to adult. The researchers determined that a very simple test, which can be administered by athletic staff on the field, is actually more reliable than some of the more sophisticated tests. The authors recommend training staff in the use of this test, references to which are included in the article.
