The power of writing

An article in nprEd focuses on the work of a University of Toronto professor whose work on written expression as a motivational tool, as well as a therapeutic exercise, provides a fascinating summer read.  Perhaps it will serve some of us as a trigger to reclaim our own goal-setting, as well as provide food for thought for working with students in the fall.
