Both bullies and victims at risk for eating disorders

New research from Duke University, reported in PsychCentral, has found that both bullies and their victims are at risk of eating disorders.  Although many of those identified as bullies or victims were more prone to develop a variety of eating disorders as adults, not all did, and the researchers are now looking for genetic and environmental factors such as SES which may add to the risk in order to further identify those in need of intervention as children.
