Using social models to curb bullying

A study conducted in New Jersey schools, reported in Science of Us, used a social modeling approach to anti-bullying programs.  They found that using “cool kids” as the message bearers was far more effective in reducing bullying problems in schools that staff delivered programs.  An interesting model, and worth a second look by all schools.
