Are kids’ concussions rates increasing?

A new study from the University of California, San Francisco, reported in HealthDay, suggests that the numbers of reported concussions in children and teens has increased in the last few  years.  However the authors also ask the obvious question: are we simply getting better at recognizing the signs and symptoms of youth concussion?  Prevention resources from the CDC are included in the post.
